Jim Thorpe's Hunter Gibson will further his education and football career at Moravian College in the fall.

Gibson was a four-year starter at offensive and defensive tackle.He was also named Jim Thorpe's Lineman of the Year.Gibson was selected Times News First Team offensive tackle, Schuylkill County Football Coaches Association North First Team offensive tackle, SCFCA Dream Team OT and Anthracite Football League second team offensive tackle.Gibson also participates in Track and Field and Powerlifting.He is Senior Class Secretary, a student council member and prom committee member.Hunter is the son of William and Jeanette Gibson.He plans to major in Graphic Design.
