Two juveniles were cited following a Feb. 2 incident in Tamaqua.

A 12-year-old Tamaqua male went to the police station that day to report being grabbed by a 14-year-old girl. He reported that he almost passed out when the girl pulled on his hood.The teen's version of events was slightly different leading officers to cite both for harassment.
