Two persons were cited for disorderly conduct by state police at the Fogelsville barracks after they were summoned to a disturbance at 2:45 a.m. March 8 at the Bandit Truck Stop in Weisenberg Township.

Ppolice said Clynton Hatcher, 20, and a 16-year-old female, were issued the citations after they engaged in a dispute in the parking lot of the stop which is located at 2277 Golden Key Road in the township.
