A Jim Thorpe Area School District student was cited this week for actions on a school bus.

State police at Lehighton said the incident occurred about 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, along SR903 at Behrens Road in Penn Forest Township.Troopers said a 16-year-old male was hopping from seat to seat, violating multiple school policies and hanging out the bus window. Troopers said the teen was charged with disorderly conduct.
