Jim Thorpe Community Watch has announced its 2022 meeting schedule.

The season will kick off April 26 at 6:30 p.m. under the big pavilion at Memorial Park, 101 E. 10th St. with a meet and greet of Mayor Michael Sofranko and Police Chief Joe Schatz.

Other meetings include a meet and greet with Borough President Greg Strubinger and Vice President Michael Yeastedt on May 24, guest speaker Carbon County District Attorney Michael Greek on June 28, an FBI presentation on Aug. 23 and guest speaker state Rep. Doyle Heffley on Sept. 27.
