State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following incidents:
• On March 23 at 8:40 a.m. troopers said an incident occurred at a residence on Kresge Farm Road in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. Troopers said Erin Dooner, 38, of Effort, punched her sister-in-law, Danielle Dooner, 37, also of Effort, in the head. Danielle Dooner threatened to physically harm Erin Dooner while kicking the closed door she was standing behind. Troopers indicated both women were charged with harassment - physical contact. Damages to the door were estimated at $100.
• On March 24 at 9:44 a.m. troopers were dispatched to the 100 block of Majestic Drive, Chestnuthill Township, for an active domestic dispute. When police arrived, the suspect, Marlon Quintero, 40, of Saylorsburg, had left the scene. The victims were two family members, a woman, age 23 and a man, 27, both of Saylorsburg.
Troopers said a charge of harassment - physical contact, has been filed against the suspect.
• Kathy Callahan, 57, of Effort, has been charged with a dog law violation after her dog ran into the roadway and bit a 58-year-old woman from Saylorsburg. The incident occurred on March 23 at 6:40 a.m. in the area of 186 Sunnybrook Drive, in Chestnuthill Township.
