Mahoning Township supervisors took the following action on Wednesday:

• Agreed to submit the Community Development Block Grant application for 2022 for Center Road.

• Advertised to receive sealed proposals for the 2022 paving project Spring Hill Road.

• Tabled a resolution to execute the Lehigh Valley Hospital corrected deed fee simple (contingent upon receiving the record owner lien certificate and indemnification form LVH).

• Tabled the Lehigh Valley Hospital PennDOT Letter of Credit Release.

• Tabled the Wendy’s Professional Fees Escrow and Letter of Credit Release.

• Agreed to advertise to receive sealed bids for road materials and fuels.

• Adopted a resolution for the Carbon County 2021 Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.

• Approved the Lehigh Canal & Recreation Commission Weissport Overflows Project Letter of Support.

• Awarded a bid for the sale of the 2009 Ford Explorer XLT.
