A Danielsville man was charged with multiple charges after he created a disturbance in Summit Hill.
According to borough police, on March 16, at 2:33 a.m., officers were dispatched to East Lehigh Street for a male causing a disturbance.Police were advised that the man in question, later identified as Michael Lloyd Iudicello, 31, of 820 N. Hokendauqua Drive, had been physically removed from the establishment at that location and he had threatened to shoot two individuals.While police were on scene, they observed Iudicello walking in the area and upon speaking to him, they noticed he had a handgun.Police fought with him to gain control of the weapon and back up was called. Lansford and Nesquehoning police responded and assisted with the arrest.Iudicello was taken into custody and the officers discovered that the handgun was stolen.He was charged with carrying firearms without a license, resisting arrest, terroristic threats, persistent disorderly conduct, receiving stolen property and institutional vandalism.
