Lehighton Borough Council approved the following on Monday:
• Payment request No. 1 in the amount of $19,993 for Blight Remediation Demolition Project.
• Keystone Consulting Engineer’s invoice in the amount of $956 for the Blight Remediation Grant.
• The DHTCS IT Maintenance Plan for the police department at an annual cost of $5,148.
• UGI Utilities Inc. easement request for 1000 Lehigh Drive, pending final approval of the borough solicitor.
• The request from Lehighton Area School District for the 2022 Commencement Motorcade.
• A letter of resignation from John Kreitz from the Police Civil Service Commission.
• A resolution establishing the base purchased power cost for the purchased power cost adjustment.
• A resolution for record destruction list.
• Denied the request from Jim Thorpe Borough for 2022 street sweeping services.
