State police at Lehighton reported on the following incidents:
• A 47-year-old Kunkletown man who state police at the Lehighton barracks said was intoxicated and disorderly was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at 2:42 a.m. Feb. 13 on Jonas Road in Chestnuthill Township.
Police said they were called to the scene for an unknown man causing a disturbance and learned he made contact with a 62-year-old woman from Effort. Police did not name him.
The man was lodged in the Monroe County Correctional Facility, Snydersville.
• Police were summoned at 10:06 p.m. Feb. 11 to assist responders to a barn fire along Serfass Road in Polk Township.
Police said upon arrival they were told by fire and EMS personnel that no individuals nor animals were inside the burning structure.
Police said the cause of the fire is under investigation.
• On Jan. 31 when troopers responded to the 7400 block of Mount Eaton Road in Ross Township, Monroe County, for a report of damage done to a homeowner’s porch. A 65-year-old woman from Saylorsburg made the report.
As a result Jacob Cooke, 28, of Palmerton, was charged with criminal mischief. Damages to a front door were estimated at $600.
