Freezing rain expected late this morning
A winter weather advisory is in effect through 4 p.m. Freezing rain is expected late this morning, with total ice accumulations of one to three tenths of an inch. Precipitation may turn to sleet or snow before it ends.
A few tree limbs could fall due to the ice which may result in isolated power outages. Be prepared for slippery conditions on area roads, especially bridges and overpasses, and walkways.
Rain will change to freezing rain early this morning, then may change to some sleet or light snow before ending later this afternoon. Little snow and sleet accumulation is expected.
