A Northumberland County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident in Monroe County.

State police at Swiftwater said Mark Andrew Bickhart, 34, of Milton, was stopped for an expired inspection sticker about 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, along Long Pond Road at SR115, in Tunkhannock Township. He showed signs of intoxication and was placed under arrest for DUI. He was taken to the Fern Ridge barracks for a breath test, troopers said.
