A drinking party in Monroe County has led to numerous arrests. Pocono Mountain Regional police said the incident occurred on May 26 about 5:56 a.m. along Schochs Mill Rd., in the Brier Crest Woods development.
Police were dispatched to the area for a report of a loud party and the theft of street signs. Upon arrival officers observed numerous people under the age of 21 running from a home. These individuals were detained and identified.During the course of the investigation the stolen street signs and pole were recovered and suspected marijuana was also recovered.As a result Raymond Supple, Arm Soliman, and Kevin Perret, all of Middletown, N.J., were charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, and related offenses. Police said Jake McIiraith, also of Middletown, was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, tampering with evidence, and related offenses.Additionally, 16 others were charged with underage drinking and/or possession of alcohol by a minor.
