Two Tamaqua residents were recently cited for allowing their dogs to bark excessively.

Steve Llewellyn, 317 Owl Creek Rd., was cited on June 6 and again on June 11 after officers received complaints between 9:30 and 10 p.m.Kelly Houseman, 514 Arlington St., was cited following a 9 a.m. incident on June 10.Officers note both owners have been repeatedly warned about allowing their dogs to bark incessantly.
