A Northumberland County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred on Friday, July 6, in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Robert Dallazia, 30, of Marion Heights, was stopped along Morea Road, just west of Eleanor Ave., in West Mahanoy Township, for a traffic violation. Dallazia was found to be under the influence and submitted to a blood test.Troopers said the DUI charge is pending the test results. Dallazia was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
