N. Lehigh approves pay hikes

A new administrator compensation plan has been agreed to in the Northern Lehigh School District.

The school board on Monday approved the plan between the district and the Northern Lehigh Middle Level Management Team.

It’s a five-year term that goes into effect July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2027.

The administrative salary increase calls for 3.25% each year from the 2022-2023 through 2026-2027 school year.

Director of business affairs

The board also approved the new compensation plan between the district and Sherri Molitoris, director of business affairs.

The five-year term is from Jan. 1, 2022, through June 30, 2027.

Her annual salary is $141,000 (prorated) for the first six months of the term covered by the agreement.

Her base salary is to be increased by 3% per year, effective July 1, 2022, and repeated through 2026.
