Lehighton police reported that Patrick J. McLaughlin, 44, of 218 Carbon St., Lehighton, was cited for harassment following an altercation which resulted in physical contact with another individual

The incident occurred in the 200 block of Carbon St., about 10 p.m. on Tuesday, July 10, police said.
