Two persons were arrested for an incident where bottles were thrown from a vehicle at another vehicle. State police at Fogelsville said the incident occurred along SR100 south at SR309 in Lowhill Township.

Troopers said Andrew Martin Mish, 20, of New Tripoli, and Jason Dale Follweiler, 21, of Kempton, were cited for propulsion of missile from a vehicle. The victim is Ethan Scott Morris, 32, of Wynnewood, Montgomery County.Troopers said the two threw a Snappel bottle out of their vehicle's window striking Morris' vehicle. The incident occurred about 9:21 p.m. on Sunday, July 15.
