State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following arrest made by troopers.

Robert Smith, of Effort was cited for criminal trespass after he entered Kinsley's Shoprite, located at SR209 and Weir Lake Rd., in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, after previously being notified by letter that he was not allowed on the property. The incident occurred about 7:34 p.m. on May 25.
