State police at the Fogelsville barracks released the following information:

• Police were summoned to 7877 Gun Club Road, Lynn Township, for a mental health incident.

They said a mental health patient became irate and uncooperative with support staff and then became physical, shoving a staff member in the chest area and scratching a staff member with a fingernail in the head area.

The victim was a 37-year-old Slatington woman who declined to press charges.

• State police at the Fogelsville barracks charged Dorothy Keichel, 50, of Germansville, with leaving the scene of an accident at 2:48 p.m. Nov. 7.

Police said the crash at 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, involved a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze and a 2016 Hyundai Sonata.

The other driver was Lillian Rodriguez-Ilaraza, 50, of Allentown.
