Carbon woman facing charges

A Carbon County woman is facing charges in Monroe County following an incident on Jan. 1 at 3:55 p.m.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said officers responded to the area of Butz and Williams lanes in Tobyhanna Township, for a woman inside a residence.

Police said the woman, Natalie Bosco, 23, of Jim Thorpe, thought she had a warrant for her arrest. Bosco hid inside until the owners of the home found her and then she fled into nearby woods.

Police located her and took her into custody.

Bosco was charged with burglary and criminal trespass, both felonies; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors, and theft of services, a summary.

A charge of criminal mischief is pending.

A records check indicates she is currently an inmate in the county prison in Snydersville.
