After canceling its annual event last year due to the pandemic, the Lansford Historical Society’s Christmas Open House returns.
The event will take place on Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. at 117 E. Bertsch St. in Lansford. Stop in to see many vintage Christmas decorations on display at the museum. Many new items recently added to the museum will be on display as well. President Bill Harleman encourages everyone to attend.
“We have some new displays, refreshments and membership applications available, and admission is always free. Also, our friends across the street at St. John’s Byzantine Catholic Church will be open in conjunction with our event, and we encourage everybody to visit and tour this beautiful church as well.”
For information, call 570-617-4683 or join the Facebook group Lansford Historical Society.
The museum will be open Dec. 22 from 6-8 p.m. and Dec. 23 from 6-8 p.m.
