State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported on the following incidents:

• On Oct. 27 at 4:42 p.m. troopers conducted a traffic of a 2919 Honda Civic along Interstate 80 in Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County. The driver was identified as Francesca Tirado, 23, of Haskell, New Jersey. A check revealed Tirado had an active warrant for his arrest issued out of Plainfield, Union County, New Jersey.

He was taken into custody and transported to the county prison in Snydersville awaiting extradition back to New Jersey.

• Two men were charged following a traffic stop in Carbon County.

On Oct. 15 at 9:17 p.m. troopers stopped a 2004 Audi A4 along Route 534 at Hemlock Drive, in Penn Forest Township, for a traffic violation. The driver, identified as John Hendricks, 21, of Albrightsville, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and placed under arrest for DUI.

A passenger in the vehicle, Dominick Hendricks, 19, also of Albrightsville, was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was issued a citation for drug possession.

• On Nov. 24 at 12:58 p.m. troopers stopped a 2015 Ford Fiesta along Route 115 at Long Pond Road, in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County, for an equipment violation. The driver, an 18-year-old male from Albrightsville, who troopers declined to identify, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. • On Nov. 28 at 2:50 a.m. troopers were dispatched to Route 115 and Foothill Boulevard, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a report of a one-vehicle crash. On scene the driver, a 21-year-old male from Brodheadsville, who troopers declined to identify, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. Charges are pending test results.

• On Nov. 29 at 12:43 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop at Jonas and Merwinsburg roads, in Chestnuthill Township, for a traffic violation. The driver, a 27-year-old male from Blakeslee, who troopers declined to identify, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.
