Students compete in annual CYO bowling tournament

The Annual CYO District 5 Bowling Tournament was held Nov. 20 at Fritz Lanes in Lehighton. Thirty-eight boys and girls from St. John Neumann Regional School, Palmerton; St. Jerome’s School, Tamaqua; and SS. Peter and Paul Parish, Lehighton, competed at the event.

Students were from kindergarten through eighth grade.

Trophies and certificates were awarded.

The Rev. Christopher Zelonis was on hand to “throw out” the first ball.
