Motorists traveling Troxell Road in Mahoning Township Wednesday morning were stunned when they discovered more than 30 cows wondering on the roadway. The animals escaped their enclosure from the Troxell farm, making their way to the road and nearby lawn. The scene is about one half mile south of Route 443.
