November’s Kidder Township Planning Commission meeting approved an 18-acre minor subdivision of property in Albrightsville. The land, part of a larger parcel of 48 acres, is located opposite the Pine Point Plaza on Route 903.

The commission approved the subdivision with a waiver on both wetlands delineation and septic or sewage plans, as the lot owner has not started plans for any development at this time. When development plans come together for the property, the owner(s) will come back to the Planning Commission to present again.

The waiver was approved unanimously, to include a revised stream buffer as the property is east of Swamp Run.
