Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate Jonathan Lowell Emerich.

He failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Prison Oct. 2 to begin serving his prison sentence of one to 7 years in a state correctional institution on a charge of driving while intoxicated, a third-degree felony.

He is described as a white, non-Hispanic male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds. His last known address was 157 Nice St., Frackville.

Anyone who sees Emerich is asked to call the Schuylkill County Communications Center immediately.
