Lehighton Borough Council took the following action on Monday:

• Approved the Cowbell Cyber Insurance Quote in the amount of $11,436.

• Approved the Keystone Consulting Engineers invoice in the amount of $4,776.

• Approved the revised MMO for the Police Pension Fund in the amount of $236,174, which represents a $20,885 increase.

• Approved a resolution establishing the current base purchased power cost for the PPAC.

• Approved the request from the Carbon County Veteran’s Council for fire police for the Veterans Day Parade on Nov. 7, with a rain date of Nov. 14.

• Approved the 2020 inactive utility accounts.

• Approved updates to the employee handbook.

• Approved the 2022 meeting dates.
