Anthracite bounced back from its first loss of the postseason in impressive fashion.

One day after losing to Lehigh, the Anthracite 9-10 year-old All Stars crushed Deep Run Little League,14-4 in four innings.

The victory sends Anthracite into the Section 6 double elimination tournament finals where it will face unbeaten Lehigh.

Matt Machalik had a huge game for Anthracite with three hits and five RBIs.

Anthracite will meet Lehigh Thursday at 6 p.m. in Saylorsburg. If it can win that game, the same two teams will play again on Friday for the Section 6 championship.
