A Nesquehoning man faces two counts of driving under the influence stemming from a June 15 traffic stop along Route 443, according to Mahoning Township police.

Lewis Labosky also faces one count of careless driving. A test showed his BAC was .18 percent.Police said Labosky's vehicle swerved over the double yellow and fog line several times just before 1:30 a.m.A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 27.
