The incident occurred on July 2 at 2:12 a.m. in the 700 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Traffic violationThomas Hughes, 38, of 895 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, was cited for driving under suspension, required financial responsibility, 2 counts of violations of use of certificate of inspection, 2 counts of unauthorized transfer or use of registration, expired inspection, and registration and certification of title required.
