A Pine Grove man was scammed out of $10,000 in an incident that is being investigated by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

A 75-year-old Washington Township man told police he was scammed into paying the cash to someone impersonating a Drug Enforcement Agency agent who said there was an active warrant out for his arrest.
