The Tamaqua Community Art Center is offering three different "Chalk and Chew" penciling events during October. Step-by-step instructions will be offered by artist Amy Mogish.
The Oct. 18 workshop will be "The Black Hat Society," while the subject for the Oct. 26 workshop will be a color jack-o'-lantern. Both of these workshops will begin at 6:30 p.m.The third workshop will be a "Mommy and Me Creepy Spider," and will feature a wooden block to be designed with color pencils.
