Fall foliage hayrides will be offered this weekend at the Owl Creek Reservoir in Tamaqua.
In addition to the hay rides, the Owl Creek Reservoir Commission will offer a number of other activities, such as pumpkin and face painting, marshmallow roasts a campfire and more. Food and refreshments will be available.The hay ride follows a 2.2-mile trail around the scenic reservoir and will be haunted after dark on Saturday. Activities begin at2
p.m.Saturday, and are from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.The reservoir is located on Owl Creek Road in Tamaqua. All proceeds benefit restoration and improvement efforts for the reservoir area.For more information, call 570-668-5066.
