A free Medicare workshop will be held at 7 p.m. Oct. 7 at SS. Peter and Paul School Hall, 307 Coal St., Lehighton.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m.The program is to help people entering Medicare for the first time or those who are considering making changes to their coverage for 2016 as this session coincides with the open enrollment period. Those who are 65 and their caregivers are invited to learn and better understand this comprehensive health care program.The program will conclude with a question-and-answer period.
