State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following crashes investigated by troopers.
• A one-vehicle crash was reported at 10:21 p.m. on Aug. 20 in the West End Plaza parking lot in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. Troopers said a 17-year-old male from Effort was driving a 1996 Dodge Ram truck through the parking lot when he made a left turn.
The front left tire drove up a concrete sign post, causing the truck to overturn onto its right side.
The teen and his passenger, a 15-year-old girl from Nazareth, were not injured. The truck had to be towed.
The teen was cited for careless driving.
• A one-vehicle crash occurred at 3:18 p.m. on Aug. 16 along Miller Road in Jackson Township, Monroe County. Troopers said Kelly A. Finnen-Depaul, 49, of Effort, was driving a 2019 Ford Explorer northbound when the vehicle left the road and struck a bridge.
Upon impact the Explorer spun clockwise and came to rest across both lanes of travel.
Finnen-Depaul was injured and taken to St. Luke’s Hospital. The vehicle had to be towed.
She was cited for the crash.
• A crash was reported at 12:01 a.m. on Aug. 8 along Smith Hill Road in Jackson Township. Troopers said Adam A. Guzman, 20, of Saylorsburg, was operating a 2003 Nissan Maxima when it left the road and crashed into a ditch.
Guzman was not injured but the vehicle had to be towed.
He was cited for the crash.
