Some local schools have announced early dismissals because of the impending weather. Below is a list that will be updated as we receive more information.

Carbon County Head Start will be dismissing 2 hours early

East Stroudsburg Area dismissing secondary at noon and elementary at 1:00

Jim Thorpe area will dismiss the high school at noon and elementary schools at 12:30

Our Lady of the Angels Acad will be dismissing at 11:30

Panther Valley High School dismissing at 11:45, Intermediate and elementary school at 12:30

Pleasant Valley School District will dismiss HS-12:15, PVMS- 12:30, PVI- 1:30 and PVE- 1:30

St. Joseph Regional Acad will dismiss early. PV bus 11:40; all other buses 12:30

Stroudsburg Area will dismiss grades 8-12 at 12:25; grades 5-7@1:15 and grades K-4 at 1:55

Weatherly School district will dismiss at 12:30
