Thomas Graham, a member of Boy Scout Troop 777, Tamaqua, attended the Walker Township Supervisors meeting July 1 as part of his communications merit badge. Township Chairman Craig Wagner welcomed Graham and invited him to lead the Pledge of Allegiance.
