ZOSCIN SIGNS WITH EAST STROUDSBURG UNIVERSITY Weatherly's Scotty Zoscin has announced that he will continue his academic and athletic careers at East Stroudsburg University. Zoscin, a standout distance runner and basketball player for the Wreckers, will participate in both cross country and track and field for the NCAA Division II Warriors.
