Community cleanup in Palmerton

TOP: Carolee Boyer shows a handful of face masks collected during Saturday’s cleanup event. Any participant who picked up and disposed of a mask was awarded a doughnut token from Black Box Coffee Bar and Donuttery. A total of 38 doughnut tokens were handed out. BELOW: Kids for the Community, a group of young volunteers, completed a clean-up of the Stoney Ridge P.A.R.C. as part of the communitywide clean-up day. Participating were Rosalie Carlson, Julianna Getz, and Zoey Ziegler. More than 60 volunteers participated in the event.
