The Lehigh County Coroner's office has released the name of a Washington Township man who died Thursday in his Hillcrest Lane home.

H. Vaughn Michael Reese, 22, was pronounced dead at 8:17 p.m. Thursday in his home.The cause of death is pending toxicology results.Troopers from the Bethlehem state police barracks have not released details about the incident.Grim says only that the man was found dead by a relative, and that unspecified chemicals found close to his body prompted the hazmat response. Grim says the chemicals were not related to methamphetamine, which are volatile and must be handled carefully.Police evacuated part of the neighborhood as a result.
