Cars veer to the south side when traveling along Route 895 near Andreas because a large dead tree hangs precariously over both lanes of travel. Local residents say the tree has posed a threat for about a year and after Tuesday's heavy rainstorm, it fell against power lines and now ominously leans over the roadway.
