Local wineries garnered prizes in the 2021 Pennsylvania Farm Show Wine Competition.

Wines submitted to the competition must be made of 75 percent Pennsylvania fruit. This year’s competition included entries from 26 Pennsylvania wineries.

Double Gold Medals included Benigna’s Creek, Klingerstown, Schuylkill County, 2019 Hessian Red

Gold Medals: Sorrenti Cherry Valley Vineyards, Saylorsburg, Monroe County, 2019 Salute

Silver Medals: Benigna’s Creek, Klingerstown, Schuylkill County, 2019 Tears

Bronze Medals: Benigna’s Creek, Klingerstown, Schuylkill County, for 2019 Sunshine, 2019 Traminette and 2019 Delight
