The Carbon County Commissioners acted on the following items this week:

• Approved a software maintenance agreement with ESRI Inc. of Redlands, California, for 2015. The agreement includes maintenance in the assessment office, $400; elections office, $300; liquid fuels program, $10,428; and 911 communications center, $3,500.• Approved a service agreement with Advanced Business Equipment of Allentown for service on a new Toshiba e-Studio 357 copier in the purchasing department. The cost of 1 cent per copy includes toner, parts and labor. The price will remain fixed from Dec. 19, 2014, to Dec. 19, 2017.• Ratified an agreement with Ida Steele of Summit Hill to perform janitorial services at the Carbon County magisterial district office in Lansford. The agreement is in effect from Dec. 20, 2014, until terminated by either party. Compensation will be $250 a month.• Approved lease agreements with Eric Cinicola of Jim Thorpe and Gary and Jacqueline Wagner of Lehighton for 15-by-15-foot space in Josiah White Park for the operation of food carts. The terms of the agreement are for one year, beginning Jan. 1 with automatic renewal options for four successive annual terms unless terminated by either party. The annual rent is $350.
