Howard Miller of Tamaqua, president of the North Central Development Corporation, has entered into a limited partnership with Michael Levit to form Lehighton Elderly Housing Associates.

This has been done to accommodate the proposed high-rise apartment complex on First Street in Lehighton. It will be constructed at the site where the Hotel Lehighton and the former Bright's Store buildings are now located.The 12-store structure, complete with commercial stores on the first floor, will have 112 apartment units and will cost an estimated $3 million to build.
