A Whitehall man faces two counts of driving under the influence after his vehicle was clocked going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone on May 31, according to Mahoning Township police.

A test showed Timothy Frankenfield's BAC was .08 percent following a traffic stop at 10:10 p.m. He was also charged with speeding.A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 20.
