McCann School of Business & Technology, 2650 Woodglen Road, Pottsville, is hosting an open house from 2 to 7 p.m. on Jan. 13. All members of the community are invited.

"This open house is a great opportunity to discover how McCann can help anyone looking for a career or to change careers," said Shannon Brennan, campus director. "We are here to help prospective students - including those undecided high school seniors - determine what they are most interested in and uncover the program and career that would be the best fit."McCann students and faculty will be hosting a number of program activities during the open house, including:• Adult CPR class: 10 a.m. to noon.• Social media marketing for small businesses workshop: 1 to 3 p.m.• Technical support workshop: 3 to 6 p.m.• School choice presentation and child care provider information: 4 to 7 p.m.• Winter 2016 externship meeting: 4 p.m.• Chair massages: 5 to 7 p.m.Program directors from all of McCann's associate and diploma programs, admissions representatives and other faculty members will be in attendance to discuss specifics.The team will also be able to answer questions about program cost, financial aid qualifications, the application process and give campus tours.The event is open to the public and preregistration is not required.
