Flu vaccinations will be available at the Diakon Living & Learning After 50 Expo, set for Tuesday at the Fairlane Village Mall.

The vaccination clinic will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.To be administered by certified Walgreens pharmacists, vaccines will be available for people over 18 years of age.They will be available at no cost to people without health insurance, courtesy of Walgreens.Vaccines will also be available to people with Medicare Part A/B and D or the following insurances: Aetna Major Medical, Cigna Medical, Preferred One Medical, Summacare Medical, United Healthcare, Independence Blue Cross of Pa., Keystone Health Plan East, Keystone First, Coventry Cares, Health Partners and Americhoice.People are asked to bring their insurance card or Medicare card with them.For additional information, people should call 570-624-3017.Diakon Living & Learning After 50 is a program of Diakon Community Services.
