Heidi M. Keiper, 42, of Effort, suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 7:37 p.m. Feb. 2 on the Effort-Neola Road in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, according to state police at the Fern Ridge barracks.

Police said she was driving a 1999 Merdeces E320 eastbound, just west of Route 715, when the vehicle drove off the south shoulder of the road, striking a tree and branches. It continued to travel east off the south shoulder, striking another tree with its right front end and turning over onto its roof and coming to rest in the middle of the roadway.Police said the car sustained major damages. The woman was not wearing a seatbelt, police said.
