The Lehighton Area Lioness Lions Club and newly forming Lehighton Area Leo Club will be sponsoring a Teenage Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday eveningat the Lehighton Sixth and Coal ball field.

The event is free and the fun will begin at 7:30 p.m. followed by the egg hunt at dusk.Youth are encouraged to bring their flashlights. Hot dogs and beverages will be available for purchase.This group is making a concerted effort to get other teens involved and offer events throughout the year to our communities served.The newly forming Leo Club meets on the third Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Lehighton Area Library.Young people, 12-18 who would like more information about the Lehighton Area Leo Club can contact club co-advisers Jane Longazel or Sue Anthony at 610-704-7122 or 570-778-8582.
